The breakfast offered good variety. The location IS central, that's convenient. I found THE staff to be helpful and willing to assist with basic needs.
The room WAS quite small, it barely accommodated my luggage. The internet WAS slow and unreliable. This made it hard to plan trips. There WAS a noticeable musty smell in the bathroom and the hallway.

The staff provided a surprise cake for my husband's birthday. It was a kind gesture. The location was good, about ten minutes to the night market. The breakfast timings were flexible, which I APPRECIATED.
The photos seemed to show more modern rooms, though they look older in person. The internet WAS very bad, it almost did not work. The wc had bad smell.

The hotel is centrally located. I could easily walk to many main attractions. Staff members Sophie and Lily were helpful, they were really good too assist. Upon arrival, they offered me fruit, which I appreciated. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable, I enjoyed restful nights.
The hotel looked a little DARK. It could benefit from brighter lighting in the hallways.

The staff assisted with airport pickup arrangements and planning various day trips. They were responsive via WhatsApp and addressed every need I had. I am GRATEFUL for their help with my urgent visa.

The room featured complete blackout curtains. I slept very soundly. It was well-equipped and clean. Air conditioning functioned very efficiently, I was very comfortable at all times.

Breakfast took place on the rooftop. I enjoyed panoramic city views. There were both Western and local dishes available. I was able to select items from a buffet, then I chose a freshly prepared item from the menu.
